Found LGS, but it is quite expensive (wonderful stuff though... ate a couple spoonfuls right out of the jar!). I've tried Lyle's and sorghum syrup, both with equivalently good results. I started my bagels today and just as I was...Tammy,<br />I started my bagels today and just as I was getting ready to form them my book showed up in the mail. :) YEHA. <br />I know it will help me.
